1. What is Bear IPTV

Bear IPTV ("the Service") is a media player app for LG televisions (webOS). The Service plays an M3U playlist or Xtream Codes access that you supply yourself, from your own provider. Bear IPTV does not itself provide any TV channels, movies, series, or other content, does not host any streams, and has no influence over the content, availability, or legality of the content available through your own source. You are solely responsible for having a lawful, licensed source.

2. Trial period

Every newly registered television receives a one-time 14-day free trial of all features of the app. After the trial period ends, you must purchase a subscription to keep using the app. The trial is tied to your television's hardware; reinstalling the app on the same television does not start a new trial.

3. Subscriptions and pricing

After the trial period, you can choose from:

Monthly (€ 2 per maand) — automatically renews every month, cancellable at any time.
Yearly (€ 10 per jaar) — automatically renews every year.
Lifetime (€ 15 eenmalig) — a one-time payment, access remains valid for as long as Bear IPTV exists as a service.

Prices may be changed; changes do not apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for. All amounts are per television. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not receive or store any card details ourselves.

4. Right of withdrawal (cooling-off period)

As a consumer in the EU, you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period for an online purchase. Because Bear IPTV grants digital access immediately after payment, we ask you to explicitly agree, when completing payment, that you waive your right of withdrawal as soon as access has been activated. If you nonetheless have an issue with your payment, please get in touch — we will always look for a reasonable solution.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel a monthly or yearly subscription at any time; access remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which it will not be renewed. You can cancel via your Stripe billing details or by contacting us at the support address on the website. A lifetime purchase cannot be "cancelled" since it is a one-time payment with no renewal.

6. Use of the Service

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, and that you are solely responsible for the content you view via your own playlist or Xtream access. We reserve the right to block access in cases of abuse, fraud (such as manipulating trial periods), or disputed/charged-back payments (chargebacks).

7. Availability

We make an effort to keep the Service and this website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, outages at our hosting provider, or outages at Stripe may temporarily affect the Service.

8. Liability

Bear IPTV is not liable for any damage arising from the use of content from your own provider, for the legality thereof, or for the availability of third-party services (such as your own IPTV provider, Stripe, or your hosting provider). Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. In case of material changes, we will inform you in advance where possible, for example by email if you have linked one. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
