Installing Bear IPTV on an Android TV Box

Bear IPTV is also available as an IPTV player on Android TV boxes, with the same feature set as on LG and Samsung: TV guide, subtitles, continue watching and automatic intro/outro skip.

Step 1: install the app

Install Bear IPTV via the Play Store (or whichever install source your specific box uses) and start the app. You'll immediately see your unique TV code on the home screen.

Step 2: link your account

Go to bear-iptv.com/account, enter your email address and TV code, and confirm with the code from your inbox.

Step 3: add your playlist

Add your M3U link or Xtream credentials. The box picks up the playlist automatically once it's linked.

What's different on an Android TV Box?

Android devices have an extra playback layer as a safety net: if the normal video player can't get a stream going, the app automatically switches to a different, native playback method — that happens invisibly in the background and isn't something you need to configure yourself.

Freezing after the HOME button or standby?
