Downloading subtitles via OpenSubtitles in an IPTV player means you can search and download right from the app, without having to find and copy a file separately.

How this works

From the subtitle menu during playback, you search by title (often already recognized automatically). The app shows available results per language, and once you pick one, the subtitle is downloaded and applied to the video immediately.

Picking the right language and release

There are often multiple uploads available for the same title, sometimes for a slightly different release/version. If the first choice isn't in sync, try a different available upload — see syncing subtitles if a manual correction is needed.
